NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 45th Annual General Meeting of Kuantan Malayalee Samajam will be

held as follows:-

Date : 16-03-2025 (Sunday)

Time : 4.00 p.m.

Place : A 47,1st Floor, Jln Air Putih, Kuantan

Agenda:

1.  To appoint Minutes Secretary for the AGM.

2. Recital of AMMA song.

3.Welcoming Address by Hon Secretary.

Observation of a minute's silence in memory of members of our community who had passed away.

4.  Opening Address by the President, Mr.Keasevan Nair.

5. To receive and confirm the Minutes of the 44th Annual General Meeting held on 21-04-2024.

6. To consider and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2024.

7. To examine and adopt the Audited Statements of Accounts for the year 2024.

8. To discuss all motions/resolutions and proposed amendments to the Rules, if any, which has been given in writing to the Hon. Secretary at least seven (7) days before the date of theAnnual General Meeting.

9. Closing address by the President.

10. Adjournment.
