Notice is hereby given that the 44th Annual General Meeting of Kuantan Malayalee Samajam will be held as follows:-

Date : 21-04-2024 (Sunday)

Time : 4.00 p.m.

Place : A 47,2nd.Floor, Jalan Air Putih, Kuantan

Agenda:

1. To appoint Minutes Secretary for the AGM

2. Recital of AMMA song

3. Welcoming Address by Hon Secretary

Observation of a minute’s silence in memory of members of our community who had passed away

4. Opening Address by the President, Mr.Keasevan Nair

5. To receive and adopt the Minutes of the 43rd  Annual General Meeting held on 2-4-2023

6. To receive and adopt the Annual Report for the year 2023.

7. To receive and adopt the Audited financial Statements of Accounts for the year 2023

8. Election of office bearers for the term 2024 - 2026

9. To consider any resolutions received in writing, 7 days in advance, by the General Secretary

10. Closing address by the President

11. Adjournment
